Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing online chat support to customers through platforms like Facebook Messenger, addressing their inquiries and concerns on our website and social media channels. Offering assistance with technical difficulties and website navigation to ensure a seamless customer experience. Guiding customers to relevant sales links and discounts, promoting our products and services. Collaborating with our team to enhance customer experience and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve our services. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills. A passion for customer support and a desire to make a positive impact on our customers. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage your time effectively.
