**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Client Investigation Center team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of innovation
* Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Investigation Center
* Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Characterize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantify success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
* Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* Proven track record of delivering comprehensive digital experiences, with expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
* Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* 9 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
* Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong technical skills in software development, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
* Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, with expertise in implementing secure data storage and transmission protocols
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
