**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software applications for enhancements and new products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software applications for enhancements and new products
* Prepare and conduct systems programming tests requiring interfacing and software assessments
* Coach others in less senior positions
* Develop and maintain software applications using cloud-based systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Work with supply management tools like Git and expertise the usage of ADO
* Develop backend applications using Java or Springbok
* Develop frontend applications using React JS or Angular JS
* Develop interfaces and APIs using JSON or SOAP and WebServices
* Work with database principles and develop stored procedures in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and work with person stories and recognition standards
* Analyze and discover new technologies, a large technology stack, and figure out answers using deeper studies and troubleshooting
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or an equivalent formal training or work experience
* Three to four years of qualifying work experience in data generation or engineering environment
* Associated superior degree may also offset the experience requirements
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
