Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Financial Advisors. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting Financial Advisors with administrative and functionally related activities, such as providing support to clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
Working with Financial Advisors and clients to gather account-related information and prepare statements
Planning and preparing for meetings with new or prospective clients, including laying out and adjusting client accounts, preparing forms, and investigating account requests and issues
Executing capabilities for Financial Advisors and Branch Management, including tracking references, planning and executing marketing efforts, and establishing and maintaining documents to meet regulatory requirements
Serving as a point of contact for all reference sources, investigating administrative work for fulfillment, and sending to management for review
Using related knowledge to anticipate and proactively seek solutions for client and business-related issues
Exhibiting sound judgment by handling complex clients with a high level of professionalism
Providing information and systems support to branch staff and training for entry-level Client Partners
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
4+ years of business and client administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education
Strong client service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Great verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Business industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience connecting directly with clients
Ability to provide administrative support, including answering client/investor requests and inquiries for information
Financial services industry experience
Knowledge and understanding of business or administrative support
