As a member of CSP, you will have the opportunity to impact every individual who travels or has on arenaflex. **The Role You Will Play** As a Staff Software Engineer, you will work with a team of talented and diverse engineers to build solutions that improve arenaflex's specialist efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping the technical vision and delivering an answer that is adaptable, efficient, and scales with the needs of the business. Every individual brings their unique range of skills, experiences, and technical expertise to tackle these technical challenges for arenaflex. **A Typical Day** * Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering partners to execute on product and business processes to build novel products and features * Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, iteration, analysis, and deployment. You'll review code and design docs, providing feedback on item specs and mocks. * Lead engineers – both within and outside your local team – in working out these technical solutions * Coach other engineers in developing their technical and collaboration skills * Sustain a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production tasks **Your Expertise** * 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment * Strong skills with backend frameworks in large-scale service-oriented architectures * Experience with frontend or full-stack development * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations * Passion for efficiency, accessibility, technical quality, and system quality * Love for collaborating through code reviews and design conversations, and are committed to working on your colleagues' efficiency * Lone wolf's or potentially Expert's/PhD degree, ideally in CS, or equivalent experience **Your Location** This position is US-Remote Qualified. The job may include occasional work at an arenaflex office or participation at offsites, as agreed upon with your manager.
