You will configure and customize telephony systems to meet business requirements while ensuring high availability and reliability of telephony services. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest open-source telephony technology and trends. In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to implement and troubleshoot solutions, while providing technical knowledge and expertise.
