Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in California. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient web and cloud applications. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Designing and developing scalable and efficient web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages and technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery. Writing high-quality, well-documented code that meets the highest standards of performance, security, and maintainability. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues that require additional support. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and applying this knowledge to improve our products and services. Contributing to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support the growth and development of our team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 1 year of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud application development. Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and C++. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies, such as Docker. Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment. Experience with cloud-based databases, such as MongoDB or Cassandra. Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
