**Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Video Calculations and Coding Research**

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in Video Calculations to join our team and help us tackle these challenges, as well as drive key research in the field. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge video encoding issues, collaborate with academic research groups, and participate in research conferences. **About the Role** As a Senior Software Engineer in Video Calculations, you'll be responsible for designing and prototyping encoding algorithms and workflow processes that can improve the quality or reduce the data transmission requirements of our video transfers. You'll focus on current workflows and codec executions, identifying areas for improvement in quality and speed, and bringing your innovations from concept to product by working closely with other engineers and researchers in the team. You'll have the chance to lead research on advanced image and video coding, collaborate with academic research groups, and participate in research conferences.
