Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Write and test product or system improvement code, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among different technologies and approaches Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as style guidelines, code checking, accuracy, testability, and performance Contribute to current documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/application updates and user feedback Triage product or system problems and debug/tune/resolve by reading the sources of problems and the effect on hardware, network, or service operations and quality Minimal Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent realistic experience in a related field, such as computer science or software engineering 3 years of experience with software development in languages such as C++, and with data structures/algorithms 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or experience with compute technology, storage, or hardware architecture Desired Qualifications Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field 1 year of experience in a technical leadership function, such as leading a team of engineers or mentoring junior engineers Experience developing accessible technologies, such as technologies that are usable by people with disabilities Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in software engineering, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you should be passionate about developing innovative solutions and be willing to take on new challenges and learn new technologies.
