From designing and executing marketing campaigns to developing and maintaining our loyalty program, we're passionate about creating a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms. This will involve: * Architecting a comprehensive customer identity system that improves personalized customer experiences and drives targeted marketing efforts * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives * Applying expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers * Developing and implementing methodologies for collecting, managing, and utilizing customer data while ensuring compliance with data security regulations * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, and influencing the continuous improvement of our systems **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a talented software engineer with a passion for AdTech and customer data management. The ideal candidate will have: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * 8+ years of experience in a data engineering or architecture role * 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management * Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale marketing delivery systems * In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers * Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing * Experience with data engineering strategies and tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and decisively * Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams **What Will Set You Apart** While we're looking for a strong candidate with the minimum qualifications, we're also interested in candidates who may not check all the boxes.
