Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients remain competitive
Providing regular progress updates and reporting to our clients on social media performance and campaign results
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of working with real estate clients
A portfolio showcasing your social media content creation skills, including reels and graphic content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and communicate effectively with our clients
Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable with time and activity tracking via Hubstaff while working
Availability to work in the US Time zone
Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup solution in place for power outages and network disruptions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
Experience with content creation software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
