**The Role**

As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the arenaflex Business Execution and Planning team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex customer issues, providing timely and accurate responses, and ensuring that our fans receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of numeracy and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Familiarity with social media platforms and customer service software
