As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and experiences across various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, drive engagement, and foster a positive brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer support across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and issues

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
