**Job Summary:**

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Engagement and Community Building team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and engagement on our social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide timely and effective customer support on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews
* Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to build and maintain a positive online community
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Create and curate engaging content to drive customer engagement and loyalty
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support and engagement
* Participate in social media listening and monitoring to identify customer concerns and opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and influencers on social media
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
* Provide feedback and insights to improve social media customer support and engagement strategies

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience in social media customer support and engagement
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
* Knowledge of social media advertising and paid social media campaigns
* Experience with content creation and curation
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
