**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our brand on social media platforms, providing rapid responses to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and advocating for our products. **Responsibilities**

* Provide personalized interactions with customers, treating each inquiry as an opportunity to build brand loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions

* Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
