Job Summary As a Chat Sales Representative, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, working with one of our clients, a Business Coach, to sell coaching programs through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to start authentic conversations, build relationships, and close sales. Key Responsibilities Start new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms Follow up with leads and build relationships Grow organic accounts and increase brand awareness Reply to active leads and close sales Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with team members Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance Requirements Essential Qualifications Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone Stable internet connection Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service Experience working from home or remotely Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies What We Offer Compensation and Benefits As a Chat Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a fixed payment plus commissions and bonuses based on your performance.
