As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our server farm infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. This is an advanced data entry and IT infrastructure management role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Enable a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of server farm operations * Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external providers * Understand and manage the overall ticket management cycle * Perform power cycles, replace failed parts, handle storage media, and troubleshoot * Perform cable installations, equipment rack/stack installations, testing, and troubleshooting using standard server farm processes * Assist with moving and racking equipment, supporting the deployment of on-site server farm physical infrastructure, including servers, network switches, and storage devices * Help the server farm stock and resource management team with transportation/receiving and inventory management to support high work volumes * Lead through change by bringing clarity, creating energy, and delivering results * Evaluate and emergency work requests, provide planning details, aid in the prioritization and coordination of service delivery for server farm tasks groups * Adaptability to work non-business hours (shifts) that may include weekends and holidays * Utilization of appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and face masks in various conditions with varying temperatures **Essential Qualifications** * Experience working with macOS, iPadOS, and Windows * Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work at heights for extended periods * Minimum 2 years of related IT experience * Technical certifications such as ITF+, A+, Server+, BICSI Installer I, or related experience * Ability to work (with precise hydration) within a server farm climate typically within the temperature range of 79 degrees Fahrenheit to as high as 105 degrees Fahrenheit * Ability to be available to work after typical business hours to respond to and resolve pressing business issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Excellent hierarchical, organized, and verbal communication skills * Ability to take initiative with minimal direction * Ability to collaborate with internal clients as well as vendors * Cooperates with others, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates teamwork * Ability to build relationships and collaborate * Knowledge of safety protocols, established procedures, and equipment * Experience with server farm management software and tools **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$45 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT infrastructure management, we want to hear from you!
