With a global reach and a diverse team of talented individuals, we're shaping the future of online interaction. **Job Summary** As our Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse group and Business Investigation team. You'll work closely with our Product Management and Design teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our efforts to create a safer and more secure online experience for our users. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse group, responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse. * Lead the Business Investigation team, responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world. * Collaborate with our Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior. * Develop and implement effective and efficient operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7. * Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times required to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse. * Work closely with our Product Management and Design teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics). * 4-year certification or equivalent experience. * 2 years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences. * 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models. * 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require. * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, data science) is highly desirable. * 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly discovery. * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities. * Proficiency in SQL/R/Matlab. * Exceptional influencing and leadership abilities and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL/R/Matlab. * Experience with machine learning and data science is highly desirable. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
