Key Responsibilities Plan and execute data analysis projects, including data mining, text analysis, and quantitative modeling to drive business decisions Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, gaining insights into key business issues and opportunities Develop solutions from concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends, develop meaningful insights, and provide recommendations to senior leadership Apply data-driven decision-making, using data analysis, statistical modeling, and quantitative techniques to drive business outcomes Guide junior staff, participate in cross-functional projects, and present to senior leadership Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, and automation tools Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial analysis What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation.
