**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Bookkeeping team on a full-time basis. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for planning and preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with our Senior Bookkeeping Supervisor and other team members to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and prepare financial reports, including journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
* Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for careerzynith and external entities for assigned functional areas
* Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP combined budget summaries using accepted methodologies
* Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
* Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding significant accounting matters
* Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives

* You have a strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
* You have experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite (or similar)
