As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for planning and preparing financial reports, including monthly account reconciliations and journal entries. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, as well as providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and prepare financial reports, including monthly account reconciliations and journal entries * Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements * Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis * Ensure compliance with US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls * Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite is a plus **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis * Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls * Experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Accounting or related field * CPA certification * Experience with financial modeling and forecasting * Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **What You'll Love About Working at blithequark** * We are pioneers - We believe that authority is not limited to our leadership team.
