**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Security Analyst – IAM, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, strengthening, and implementing careerzynith's IAM frameworks and overall security posture. You'll work closely with our development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our IAM solutions are secure, efficient, and effective. You'll also be responsible for conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify and address potential security risks and compliance gaps.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and strengthen careerzynith's IAM frameworks and overall security posture
* Conduct proactive investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and compliance gaps
* Develop and implement secure IAM solutions that meet regulatory and industry standards
* Work closely with development teams to ensure that IAM solutions are integrated into our products and services
* Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify and address potential security risks and compliance gaps
* Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM best practices, industry standards, and security threats
* Collaborate with other IAM colleagues to provide guidance on IAM-related matters and contribute to solution planning and framework support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in IAM, security, or a related field
* In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Identity Management
* Strong understanding of security protocols, including OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, and API Gateways
* Familiarity with IAM tools, including Ping Identity, Okta, MS Azure, and ForgeRock
* Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in IAM, security, or a related field
* Certification in IAM, security, or a related field (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP)
* Experience with IAM tools, including EIAM-Delinea, Sailpoint, and Saviynt
* Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST and ISO
* Experience with compliance regulations, including SOX, PCI, and GDPR
