Exploring a career at arenaflex gives you an opportunity to see the world while earning excellent pay and benefits to help you continue to grow. **Job Summary** As a member of the IT Risk team within arenaflex's Data Security Administration Risk and Compliance association, you will serve as a second line of defense to oversee and monitor data security and technology risks. You will collaborate with IT Portfolios (Infrastructure and Resilience, Engineering, Channels Innovation), key business partners (Legal, Security, Corporate Audit), and external assessors. arenaflex's Data Security Administration (ISG) is leading the charge to develop arenaflex's growing Data Security practice. The team is actively working to implement a controls-focused mindset, shift our approach from a compliance focus to a risk-centric one, and establish key metrics to genuinely measure Enterprise Risk and the effectiveness of the Data Security practice. **Key Responsibilities** * Assess, measure, and communicate risk across the organization, within controls, and digital spaces. * Establish and communicate key risk and key performance indicators. * Engage with partners in Data Security, Data Innovation, and Internal Audit to effectively ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, and other regulatory/legal requirements. * Collaborate with key partners to design and develop IT controls that mitigate risk to an acceptable level. * Report the controls, including the control description, process steps, and testing standards. * Train and educate IT partners on IT risk, controls, and control effectiveness testing. * Occasionally test control effectiveness, working with IT partners to close gaps in control adequacy. * Provide IT controls and risk information to enable writing about control gaps and control effectiveness. * Anticipate organizational impact and understand the risk associated with introducing new technologies or processes. * Perform special tasks as assigned. * Requires self-starters who function well in a generally independent environment. **Advantages and Benefits to Help You Continue to Grow** Our culture is built on a shared commitment to living our values – Care, Integrity, Flexibility, Employee Focus, and Collaboration – every day, in all that we do.
