We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Specialist to join our ProServices team in Memphis, TN. As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Lowe's for our Pro customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional service to Pro customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Answering Pro customer questions and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
Executing Pro orders and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Demonstrating Lowe's product and service offerings to Pro customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products
Meeting store sales goals, driving sales growth and revenue

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
The ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
The ability to use common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
Experience working in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
