**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including:
* Handling 100+ customer interactions per day, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and text communication
* Scheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
* Utilizing a structured sales approach to convert leads into customers and meet/exceed sales targets
* Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and other platforms
* Addressing customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Collaborating with team members and leadership to meet performance benchmarks
**Qualifications & Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least two years of experience in remote phone sales, telesales, or a call center environment
* Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
* Experience managing high call volumes with multiple phone queues
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset
* Proficiency in working with multiple systems and software simultaneously
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
* Computer Specifications:
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (Professional preferred) or macOS Big Sur 11.6.2 or later
+ Processor: Intel Core i5-4400, 2.10 GHz or Apple M1 (or better)
+ RAM: 16 GB or higher
+ Security: Password-enabled local profile login
* Software:
+ Chrome browser, antivirus/antimalware applications, and an enabled firewall
* Internet & Peripherals:
+ Internet: High-speed cable or fiber optic connection with a wired connection
+ Peripherals: Two 20-inch monitors, a wired noise-canceling headset (can be provided), a webcam, and an external mouse (can be provided)
**Compensation & Benefits**
