As a Sales Account Manager on our Amazon Ads team, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the industry, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Sales Account Manager on our Amazon Ads team, you'll be responsible for managing complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and analytics to drive incremental revenue. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate across teams and verticals, gaining exposure to different areas of the business and developing your skills and expertise. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver revenue growth while managing complex advertiser goals and problems * Own and grow existing client revenues, expanding regionally as needed * Become an expert on Amazon solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs * Solve ambiguous problems and identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks * Leverage your mastery of media and communications to develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans * Create and/or identify new insights based on multiple first-party and third-party research * Educate customers based on customized insights * Provide in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns * Travel domestically up to 20% of the time, with occasional global travel required **A Day in the Life** As a Sales Account Manager on our Amazon Ads team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and analytics to drive incremental revenue. Our flex week (30 hours/week) role with full-time benefits or virtually-based role is designed to accommodate a growing demand for flexible work schedules while still delivering bar-raising advertising customer experience. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Significant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing, analytics, etc. * Experience in display or search marketing * Adept at solving problems that span business and technology * Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills * Programmatic strategy and implementation experience * Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Omni-channel marketing, over-the-top (OTT), and audio * Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing) * Experience in Revenue owning function * Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
