As a key player in our revenue growth strategy, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and CRM teams to develop and execute growth plans, identify new opportunities, and drive business expansion. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our subscription business goals, pioneer new markets, and establish a robust revenue pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** As a Revenue Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for: * **Acquisition**: Developing and executing growth strategies for our subscription business, focusing on key SaaS revenue goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. You'll work closely with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to identify new opportunities and develop a robust revenue pipeline. * **Retention & Customer Loyalty**: Monitoring customer feedback loops to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize customer support escalations and other customer anomalies. You'll help establish programs such as Customer Success Management and referral programs to drive customer loyalty and retention. * **Scaling & Organization**: Reporting on sales funnel metrics and tracking of subscription renewals.
