Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Responsive Web Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing and presenting responsive mockups, exporting asset packages for developers, and optimizing graphics for web use. Key Responsibilities Responsive Web Design: Design and present responsive mockups in sharable file formats, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Asset Package Creation: Export asset packages for developers, including optimized graphics, images, and other visual elements. Photography and Image Optimization: Process and optimize photography for web use, ensuring fast loading times and high-quality visuals. Graphic Creation: Create graphics in vector or raster format when necessary, including logos, icons, and other visual elements. YouTube Thumbnail Creation: Design and process YouTube thumbnails that capture the essence of our clients' content. Stock Imagery Sourcing: Source and manipulate stock imagery for custom designs, ensuring a consistent visual brand identity. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Understand the importance of following directions and being meticulous in your work, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Essential Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of experience creating responsive website designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Design Tools: 2-5 years of experience with preferred web design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar software. Adobe Creative Suite: 2-5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Web Fonts and Typography: Strong understanding of web fonts, typography, and modern design trends. Video Editing: Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is a plus. SVG Graphics: Experience creating SVG graphics and optimizing rasterized images for web use. Logo Design: Experience with logo design is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing principles and practices, including user experience (UX) design. E-Learning: Experience with e-learning solutions and educational technology. Project Management: Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
