**About the Role**
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they encounter software issues. You will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels
* Resolving software issues and providing solutions to clients
* Identifying recurring software issues and suggesting improvements to our development team
* Collaborating with our development team to resolve complex technical issues
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong software/SaaS support experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software/SaaS support tools and platforms
* Experience with CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
