Job Description We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, and executing recruitment strategies that drive results. About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the pharma and sales industries. Your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying top talent through various sourcing channels that align with our client's needs Building strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to be a true talent advisor and offer recommendations based on data analysis and market research Creating strong networks and pipelines of both active and passive candidates in various markets and industries Conducting thorough candidate interview screens to understand motivation, goals, skill sets, industry knowledge, etc. Facilitating client-candidate interviews, offer packages, and onboarding processes as needed Maintaining internal and external applicant tracking systems for up-to-date information in all stages of the interviewing process Demonstrating a strong ability to achieve monthly goals and important metrics and a desire to grow professionally About You We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of success in the pharma and sales industries.
