Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to support our Quality Control team. As a student in this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, reporting, and recommendations to drive business decisions and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Help develop and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Assist in addressing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions. Present findings, trends, and potential implications using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need for data requirements. Identify anomalies in processes through audits/surveys and communicate findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to build presentations for verbal communications. Prior internship or capstone project experience in a related field. Analytical coursework or experience in a related field. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Experience with planning and supporting large business initiatives.
