**Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Technical (PMT) for AWS US GovCloud Regions**

**About the Role**

As a PMT for AWS US GovCloud Regions, you will play a critical role in supporting the product management strategy and execution for our US GovCloud regions. You will develop and drive roadmap execution, report on P&L results, drive the business's capacity and infrastructure strategy for the regions, and ensure AWS delivers a delightful customer experience. You will work closely with customer-facing teams, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to launch new features and functionality into GovCloud regions on behalf of customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and drive roadmap execution for AWS US GovCloud regions
* Report on P&L results and drive the business's capacity and infrastructure strategy for the regions
* Ensure AWS delivers a delightful customer experience
* Work closely with customer-facing teams, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to launch new features and functionality into GovCloud regions on behalf of customers
* Develop strong relationships with customer-facing teams and be responsive to inputs from many different sources
* Possess a strategic understanding of business objectives and be passionate about delivering services to customers
* Produce concrete specifications and work closely with engineering to drive implementation

**Essential Qualifications**

* 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
* 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
* 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
* Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
* Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
* Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Competitive base salary, ranging from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market
* Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
