**A Day in the Life**

As a Full Stack Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention. You will leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the careerzynith customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.
* Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the careerzynith customer experience.
* Test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement.
* Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve careerzynith's approach.

**Basic Qualifications**

* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
* Experience owning technology products

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

**Compensation**

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. careerzynith is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
