You'll work closely with our external partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, while also driving business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver a world-class customer experience. * Work closely with our external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new features and technologies. * Develop and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. * Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, support specialists, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in. * Lead and manage the development of new features and technologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery. **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing or internal products. * Ability to make tough decisions informed by data and judgment. * Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience. * Proven track record of executing projects that have quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences. * Organizational leadership and influence without direct reports. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally. * Ability to inspire, persuade, and lead engineers and designers. * Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether external or in-house build. * Related experience focusing on Customer Service. * Experience working on global products is a plus. **About arenaflex Company and its Benefits** * Huge Content Library: arenaflex offers a vast library of movies, TV shows, documentaries, and original content across multiple genres and languages. * Original Content: arenaflex has invested heavily in the production of original series and films, known as "arenaflex Originals."
