Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product procedure, with a focus on enhancing the quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences for internal stakeholders. As a seasoned Product Manager, you will define and communicate a clear strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product procedure, focusing on quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences Define and communicate a clear strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center Ensure tools are built and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation Collaborate with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, you may have 9 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving product development and execution. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies, cloud-based technologies, and data visualization tools would be an asset.
