As a key member of our Customer Insights team, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. If you're a seasoned product manager with a passion for customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and innovation, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences * Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Investigation Center * Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 7 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Proven track record of driving product development and execution, with a focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making * Strong understanding of data security and customer privacy principles, with experience in implementing secure and compliant solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 9 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital experiences, with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design * Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in driving product development and execution * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decision-making * Strong understanding of data security and customer privacy principles, with experience in implementing secure and compliant solutions * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
