Our team of experts is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the retail industry, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Data Insights, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our Client Insightful Center (CIC) product. This cutting-edge platform is designed to provide unparalleled insights into customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, enabling us to create targeted and effective marketing campaigns, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the CIC product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection * Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the CIC product * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Drive the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that address business challenges and opportunities **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or * 9 years of experience in product management or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably leading customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products * Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly * Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services that align with blithequark's accessibility guidelines and rules **Skills and Competencies** * Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric solutions * Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders * Strong understanding of data security and customer protection principles, with the ability to design and implement secure data solutions * Experience with Agile development methodologies and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
