Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center product strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of client analytics and insights for internal stakeholders. Define and communicate the product vision, prioritization, and roadmap to various stakeholders. Ensure that tools and platforms are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing client data and character. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Investigation Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital identity, analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality client analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and client protection. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 years of experience in product management or a related area, with a proven track record of success. Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related area, with a strong understanding of client-facing solutions. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing large-scale, complex B2B/C products. Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies. Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a passion for creating accessible products and services. Skills and Competencies Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and executing product strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions. Strong understanding of client analytics, data security, and digital identity.
