Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team, with a strong portfolio that showcases your UX skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with our teams to design and build exceptional user experiences that meet business goals and exceed member expectations. You'll be responsible for:


Collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and build payment experiences that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Advocating for the user and developing UX solutions that meet business goals and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Creating intuitive, natural experiences in complex spaces with multiple stakeholders and workflows.
Working on a range of projects across multiple platforms (TV, mobile, web, and more).
Designing with scalability in mind and contributing to our design systems and UX guidelines.
Partnering with our research teams to understand member needs, expectations, and pain points.
Influencing future product development spaces to drive business growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Netflix, you'll be responsible for:


Designing and building exceptional user experiences that meet business goals and exceed member expectations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our members' needs, expectations, and pain points.
Creating design solutions that are intuitive, natural, and scalable.
Contributing to our design systems and UX guidelines.
Partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.


Requirements

To succeed as a Product Designer at Netflix, you'll need:


A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) with a strong portfolio that showcases your UX skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and drive solutions with cross-functional partners.
Experience with design systems and UX guidelines.
A passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

We'd love to see:


Experience working in business development settings and driving design strategy and execution from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight.
A global or multi-local perspective.
An enthusiasm for entertainment, filmmaking, and storytelling.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
