We're proud to be the #1 product analytics solution for 15 quarters in a row on G2, and we're committed to helping our customers build better product experiences that drive business growth. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Analytics Strategist, you'll serve as a strategic product advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers. You'll partner with product executives, analytics leaders, and growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics. You'll advise senior stakeholders on using arenaflex to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation, and lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with customers' Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics. * Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using arenaflex to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation. * Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities. * Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion. * Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives. * Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence-based product development. **What You'll Bring** * 5+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital-first environments. * Hands-on experience with product analytics (arenaflex, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions. * Proven ability to drive core product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) through analytics-driven prioritization and rapid experimentation. * Delivered measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI tree and rigorously instrumenting impact. * A track record of defining strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering business outcomes. * Fluent business Spanish (required). * Strong technical acumen (required): comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and practical implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams. * Exceptional communication skills – able to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and capabilities; ability to spot pragmatic product use cases and define success metrics; awareness of data privacy and responsible AI. * Comfort experimenting with model APIs is a plus. **Travel Requirements** * Up to 5-10 days per month. **What We Offer** * Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverages, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employee Medical, Dental, Vision on select plans. * Flexible time off, paid holidays, and more. * Generous stipends to spend on what matters most to you, whether that's wellness (monthly), commuter transit/parking (monthly), learning and development (quarterly), home office equipment (annual), and much more. * Excellent Parental benefits including: 12-20 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, Carrot Fertility Benefits/Adoption/Surrogacy support, Back-up Child Care support. * Mental health and wellness benefits including no cost employee access to Modern Health coaching & therapy Sessions and high-quality physician office experience via One Medical membership (select U.S. locations only). * Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). **About Our Culture** * We're a global and fast-growing team! Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for arenaflex in New York City.
