As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to your community with the support of a collaborative and innovative team. You will be responsible for: * Providing essential and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements for our patients. * Managing patient arrangements and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes. * Performing duties including talking with patients about healthy lifestyle decisions, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. * Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health, ongoing conditions management. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements for our patients. * Request and control vaccinations and injections (including COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and instruction. * Manage patient arrangements and perform steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes. * Perform duties including talking with patients about healthy lifestyle decisions, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. * Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health, ongoing conditions management. **Required Capabilities** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements for our patients. * Request and control vaccinations and injections (including COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and instruction. * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same. * Complete the Spot certification test within 30 days of employment. * Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to but including Spanish. * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED). * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required. **Preferred Capabilities** * If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting turn with arenaflex is preferred, but not required. **Training** * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse job. * Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or comparable experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the job. **What We Offer** * Independence to run your practice with engaging colleagues and hierarchical support. * Flexibility with scheduling arenaflex Data Entry Remote Jobs. * Balance between serious and fun activities. * Outstanding equipment, training, and resources. * Evidence-based rules and access to evaluation and treatment planning tools to enhance and support the coherence of care for patients. * Practicing at the top of your clinical license with the support of our clinical care team. * Unmatched Career learning experiences and advancement. * Patient charting and follow-up completed in the facility during the shift, no bringing work back home arenaflex Data Entry Remote Jobs. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a dynamic and supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care. * Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and our communities. * We are committed to creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary range of $25-$35/Hour. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Generous paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, please apply to this role.
