**Responsibilities:**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
* Following communication scripts, identifying customers' needs, and providing solutions and alternatives
* Performing data entry, accessing company resources, and navigating online platforms efficiently
* Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
**Qualifications:**
To be successful as a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:
* 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1+ year of call center or office background experience
* Technical savvy and ability to work independently
* Previous remote work experience a plus
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
* Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with state and federal laws
