* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and careerzynith's pharmacy systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with inventory management and stock control
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through careerzynith's training program
