We're excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Operations Expert to join our vibrant Remote office and contribute to our success. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is the headquarters and control center for Transportation Execution across the arenaflex Inventory network, supporting various geographies like NA and EU. Our goal is to provide seamless, hassle-free transportation of cargo from merchants to arenaflex fulfillment centers and from arenaflex FCs to transporter centers. In the event of any exceptions, our ROC team steps in to resolve the issue and keeps all stakeholders informed on the procedures. Alongside this strategic critical thinking, we're also responsible for understanding patterns in network exceptions and automating processes or proposing process changes to streamline activities. This includes network monitoring and critical analysis of business data. **Role of a Trans Operations Expert** A Trans Operations Expert at arenaflex works with a stream of data between various partners (Transporters/Centers/Stockrooms) and resolves any potential issues that affect client experience and business continuity. Trans Operations Experts at arenaflex work across two verticals – Inbound and Outbound tasks. **Inbound Tasks** Inbound Tasks manage Seller/Transporter/FC relationships, ensuring that cargo is received on time and delivered at FC according to the given arrangement. Trans Operations Experts on Inbound resolve any potential issues happening during the lifecycle of receive to delivery. **Outbound Tasks** Outbound Tasks manage FC/Transporter/Transporter Center relationships, ensuring that the truck delivers the FC to delivery client orders according to guarantee. Trans Operations Experts on Outbound resolve any potential issues happening during the lifecycle of cargo departing the FC and arriving at client premises. **Responsibilities** As a Trans Operations Expert, you will: * Communicate with outside clients (Transporters, Sellers/Providers) and internal clients (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers) * Pull data from various datasets (using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data management frameworks) and perform impromptu reporting and analysis as needed * Create and understand performance metrics to drive business results * Review business and operational requirements for the arenaflex innovation teams who create and upgrade the product frameworks and tools used by ROC * Rapidly understand the business impact of trends and make decisions that seem reasonable based on available data * Methodically escalate issues or changes in data and information to the relevant stakeholders and owners, and ensure that goals are delivered * Work within different time requirements to meet critical business needs, while estimating and identifying activities performed * Provide superb communication, both verbal and written, to create a story framing weekly findings and differences to objectives, and present these findings in a review discussion * Give ongoing client experience by working in a 24*7 working environment **We're Looking for Someone with:** * A four-year college education in a quantitative/specialized field like software engineering, engineering, statistics * Experience with Excel * Experience with SQL * Strong relational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements **What We Offer:** * A competitive salary of $35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Collaborative team culture * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional development and training * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and transportation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
