**Experienced Full Stack Operations Engineer – Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging Deployment & Ramp-up**

As an Operations Engineer Deployment & Ramp-up, you'll play a vital role in overseeing multiple products, programs, and projects, driving continuous improvement ideas into both the deployment cycle time (safety, quality, and productivity), and detailing engineering design improvements to the hardware engineering and product teams. **A Day in the Life** As an Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for owning the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of products in the field, allowing the engineering and product team to focus on system performance improvement and optimization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including BI/Data Engineering, to drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources to continually improve quality. Your primary role will be to design, implement, and support metrics for the program, providing clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics across internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, implement, and support metrics for the program • Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering teams to drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources to continually improve quality • Review information from multiple sources to confirm data integrity • Provide clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics across internal & external stakeholders • Oversee multiple products, programs, and projects, driving continuous improvement ideas into both the deployment cycle time (safety, quality, and productivity) • Detail engineering design improvements to the hardware engineering and product teams to simplify installation **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with a strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment. You'll have a proven track record of managing and responsible for multiple large projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Your expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineer tools will be a plus. **Essential Qualifications** • 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment • 50% of travel is required for this role • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Participate in team-lifts for items over 50lbs. • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud • Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) • Continuously climb and descend stairs **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports you and your eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,900/year in our highest geographic market.
