**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Online Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to effectively address customer needs
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification, with 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
* Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities
* Ability to pass a background check and work in a fast-paced environment with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
