Key Responsibilities Design and develop native mobile applications for iOS, including apps and SDK libraries, with a focus on user experience and adherence to iOS Development Guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, product management, and other stakeholders, to execute product requirements in an agile manner Provide subject matter expertise for the iOS platform and develop iOS frameworks and UI based on best practices Execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) for visionary initiatives and develop next-generation mobile payment applications Write solid code following best development practices, including good design documentation, unit testing, source control, and peer code-reviews Work independently with minimal direction from supervisors, exercising independent judgment and decision-making skills Essential Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field Experience 5+ years of experience in software development using Java, Objective-C, C, or C++ 2+ years of experience in iOS mobile application development Skills Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design optimized for mobile platforms Knowledge of iOS development tools, including Xcode, continuous integration tools, and unit testing Experience with iOS platform security practices and RESTful APIs Preferred Qualifications Experience Experience with mobile banking applications Familiarity with integrating GCM notification systems Familiarity with design and implementation of configuration-oriented apps Familiarity with Imaging APIs and remote deposit What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation.
