Our robust executive network and database spans across the globe, comprising the world's foremost authorities in their professional field. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, focusing on Performance Max campaigns and other digital advertising efforts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop effective strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Your expertise in Google Ads, CallRail management, and programmatic ad platforms like StackAdapt will be essential in driving campaign success. **Responsibilities** * Manage various Performance Max campaigns with daily budgets ranging from $45 to $158, ensuring efficient budget management and optimal campaign performance. * Conduct monthly and weekly client phone calls to present campaign performance and high-level reports, providing strategic input and optimization suggestions. * Review Google's recommendations and check recent conversions on a weekly basis, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. * Vet and advise on client ideas, providing strategic input and optimization suggestions to drive campaign success. * Manage CallRail analytics for phone calls, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. * Optimize programmatic ad campaigns via StackAdapt, including CTV, video, banner, and retargeting ads with an annual budget of $150K. * Collaborate with clients to measure ROAS and set up effective tracking methodologies. * Propose future budgets based on current performance data and trends. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role, with a strong understanding of Performance Max campaigns and programmatic ad platforms. * Proficiency in Google Ads, CallRail, and programmatic ad platforms like StackAdapt, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and present high-level reports. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings. * Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking methodologies is a plus. **Work Schedule** * Part-time position requiring approximately 26-35 hours per month, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings. * Some fixed weekly and monthly client meetings will be required, with the ability to work remotely. **Compensation** * Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about digital advertising. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and skill-building. * A competitive hourly rate, with benefits and perks that support work-life balance. * The chance to work with a diverse range of clients, developing effective strategies and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. **How to Apply** If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for digital advertising and client management, we encourage you to apply. We conduct one monthly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month, reviewing Google's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis. * Client 2 (EZY): We manage two Performance Max campaigns with a total budget of $158/day, spending approximately 5 hours per month managing this account. We conduct two monthly phone calls and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings, reviewing Google's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis. * Client 3 (STB): We manage two Performance Max campaigns with specific flight dates, targeting soft email conversions and running from April to the end of July. We spend approximately 6 hours per month managing this account, conducting one monthly phone call and presenting a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings, reviewing Google's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis. * Client 4 (HLA): We manage a search campaign with two ad groups and a total budget of $133/day, spending approximately 5.5 hours per month managing this account. We conduct one monthly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings, reviewing Google's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis. * Client 5 (VNA): We manage monthly flights of Google Video ads and CTV commercials bought through StackAdapt, spending approximately 6-8 hours per month managing this account.
