**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a customer advocate, assisting clients with their inquiries and orders through email, phone, and online portals. **Required Skills**

* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement.
* A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable.
* Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively.
* Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

**Qualifications**
