Job Summary We're looking for an experienced logistics and transportation professional to join our team in a Southeast Southwest Trucking role. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Provide logistics and transportation support to our business operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain management, operations, and customer service to drive business success Analyze and resolve complex logistics and transportation issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Develop and implement effective logistics and transportation strategies to meet business needs Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in logistics and transportation, preferably in a similar industry Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including regulations and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as DOT and FMCSA Certifications in logistics and transportation, such as C-TPAT or CSCP Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
